“I wanted to help my customers control the commission fees and other expenses in home buying and selling,” he explains, “plus, I can answer questions and help on both sides of the transaction if that’s what needed.” Lighthouse Realty quickly became a Million-Dollar producing agent in the St. Louis/St. Charles areas.
Why the name Lighthouse Realty?
Randy Moellering is a family man. The year that he started offering Real Estate Agent Services, he and his wife took a vacation to Michigan and enjoyed the breathtaking and historical lighthouses along the Great Lakes coastline.
